What each stage means
- Order received Your order has been submitted and an acknowledgement has been sent.
- Preparing your order The item is being matched, inspected and packed for collection.
- Dispatched The carrier has received the parcel and tracking is becoming active.
- In transit The parcel is moving through the carrier network toward your destination.
- Delivered The carrier has recorded delivery at the supplied address or collection point.
When scans take time
A tracking number may take several hours to show its first scan. Updates can also pause while a parcel travels between hubs, passes through customs or waits for the next business-day movement.
- Check that you are using the link in the dispatch email.
- Allow time for the first carrier scan after dispatch.
- Review any delivery-attempt or collection-point message.
- Contact us if the estimated window has passed without an update.
