At Maison Sole, we want you to understand what happens after you place an order and what to expect while your purchase is on its way.
Every order goes through preparation, quality inspection, packaging, international transportation, customs processing where applicable, and final delivery.
The information below explains each stage of the delivery process.
Preparation
Order Processing
After your payment has been successfully confirmed, your order enters processing.
Before shipment, our team prepares and reviews the products included in your order.
This process may include:
Confirming the product and selected size
Confirming color or variation
Checking order quantity
Reviewing visible product condition
Performing a pre-shipment quality inspection
Preparing the product for packaging
Confirming shipping information
Most orders are prepared for shipment within approximately 2–5 business days.
We understand that customers are eager to receive their purchases, but this preparation period helps us reduce order errors and identify visible issues before dispatch.
Processing times may occasionally be longer during:
Weekends
Public holidays
High-order-volume periods
Major promotions
Product sourcing delays
Additional quality checks
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
After dispatch
After Your Order Ships
Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, it enters the international delivery network.
Depending on your destination and shipping route, the package may pass through several stages, such as:
Maison Sole Order Preparation
International Dispatch
International Transportation
Destination Customs / Import Processing
Local Logistics Network
Final Delivery
The exact route may vary between orders.
Some shipments may also be transferred between different logistics providers before reaching the final local delivery carrier.

Estimated Shipping Time

Shipping Methods
Maison Sole may use different international shipping routes depending on:
Destination
Product
Carrier availability
Current logistics conditions
Delivery efficiency
Most standard orders use the shipping option available for the destination at the time the order is fulfilled.
If faster or alternative shipping options are available, they may be displayed during checkout or confirmed separately by our customer support team.
Do not assume that an expedited shipping option is available for every destination.
International delivery journey
Across borders, then closer to home
01
International Transportation
International packages may travel by air or through a combination of international logistics networks.
During this stage, tracking information may not always update continuously.
A package may be physically moving even when there has been no recent tracking scan.
This is particularly common while a shipment is:
Moving between international logistics hubs
Waiting for export processing
In international transit
Entering the destination country
Waiting for customs processing
Being transferred to a local delivery provider
02
Customs Processing
International shipments may pass through customs or import processing before entering the local delivery network.
The time required for customs clearance varies depending on:
Destination
Local customs procedures
Shipment volume
Documentation requirements
Import regulations
Customs inspections
Maison Sole does not control customs processing times.
Most shipments pass through normal delivery procedures, but customs processing may occasionally extend the estimated delivery time.
03
Local Delivery
After international transportation and any required customs processing are completed, the parcel is normally transferred into the destination's local delivery network.
At this stage, tracking may begin showing more frequent updates such as:
Arrival at local facility
Customs release
Transfer to local carrier
Out for delivery
Delivered
The final delivery provider may differ from the international logistics provider that handled the earlier stages of transportation.
Tracking & updates
Follow your parcel
Order Tracking
Once your package has been shipped and tracking information is available, Maison Sole will normally send a shipment notification to the email address used during checkout.
The notification may include:
Tracking number
Shipping provider
Tracking link
Shipment information
You can use this information to follow the progress of your package.
Depending on the shipping route, you may be able to track your shipment through:
The shipping provider's tracking system
A local delivery carrier
Maison Sole's order tracking page, where available
Our team will review the available shipment information.
Lost Packages
A shipment is not considered lost simply because tracking temporarily stops updating.
In cases of a significant delay, Maison Sole may need to review the shipment with the relevant logistics provider before determining whether the package has been lost.
If available shipping evidence confirms that a package has been lost in transit, we will review the appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies.
Practical support for significant delivery problems
International shipping occasionally involves factors outside the direct control of Maison Sole, particularly customs and third-party logistics networks.
Our goal is not to make unrealistic delivery promises, but to provide clear information and responsive support throughout the delivery process.
From order preparation to final delivery, Maison Sole is here to support your purchase.
